I have had experience with multiple BMW dealerships in NJ, ranging from Park Ave, Circle, Roxbury and Freehold and most of them have left a bad taste in my mouth. However Prestige BMW is honestly the best car dealership around. They don't treat you like a customer but like family. Cameron in the service department always goes above and beyond for me. The finance guys are always awesome being honest and giving the best rates. 5/5 ill be a prestige customer for life.

5 Stars to Diana for listening and answering all my questions. I brought my X5 in for a regular maintenance that was due. I do have a couple issues although was not replicated by the tech. My main concern is that my warranty is expring soon where i dont want it to become a larger problem once im not covered

Called Thursday. Dropped car off same day. Got a loaner. Picked back up Saturday. No charge because everything was covered by CPO maintenance plan. Sweet!

I dealt with Diana Martinez when I had problems with a tire and needed service. She took care of everything and then when I had to go back a few weeks later for a different tire issue - Cameron was fantastic in getting me out in under 2 hours for a service, tire change, inspection and car wash. I am with BMW of Springfield now but I won't be shopping around because of the service and convenience I experienced the past 2 times at this dealer.

I had excellent service and communication from the BMW Service department at BMW of Ramsey. I did not buy my car here but I travel farther to bring my car here because I really like the customer service and the quality of the job the service department provides. Everything was quick and easy and they addressed all my concerns.

I have been dealing with Anna for many years now and I m always impressed with her in depth knowledge of the technology and mechanics of the car and her professionalism in dealing with me. She is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of the car's systems and is able to explain even a complex problem in terms that are easily understandable. I have always had excellent service at Ramsey BMW and will continue the relationship with Anna and the dealership as long as I drive a BMW!

I couldn't say enough nice things about Cara Deluca. With her warm pesonality and knowledge she certainly has an innate skill set that make her a 5 star performer. When I first arrived she reviewed why I was there and in an effort to avoid future unnecessary problems took her time while asking questions about the overall performance of my car.
