Everything was excellent! Only problem was picking up my vehicle. I was told it was ready, waited 20 minutes for it, still no car. Asked a rep where it was, and she pointed out various cars in the garage asking if any were mine. Finally, parked at the end, flashers on, my car was parked. It was difficult backing out and finding my way out. A better system is needed when car's are ready to pick up. Otherwise the reps, and the service is impeccable!!

Cameron did an awesome job helping us get our wheels powder coated in Satin Black and was able to find a way to get our grille custom painted in Gloss Black. The car looks unbelievable thanks to the efforts of Cameron!

Lori is ALWAYS such a wonderful sales person to deal with! She was so friendly, accommodating and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Her recommendation on options and interior design choices made the car so special. This is our 2nd BMW with Lori and we will always go to her at Prestige!

Came in to Prestige BMW to discuss my options with Lori Asserson as my lease was ending. Lori provided us with such great service as usual. The staff here is great and very accommodating. Will definitely be returning for future cars. Thanks Lori!!

It is not my first time to visit the BMW dealership, but definitely my first time to meet such great dealer like Lori, she did great job at test driver, paperwork and delivery the car..

I visited three other BMW dealerships prior to Prestige - Prestige is by far the most professional, friendly, caring, dealership around. They listened to our needs and we worked a deal prior to even arriving at the dealership. I highly recommend Mike Lebron as a Salesman - again very professional. He took care of everything we asked. The next time we buy a BMW, I will make the 1 hour 45 min. drive from the Lehigh Valley PA. to Prestige. It was well worth the trip.

We found this dealership by searching online and from the beginning had a good experience from quick response with communication to finding the dealership to be a very clean and the people very professional. I appreciated the honesty and the delivery of product at end was exceptional. I was given everything I requested Mike, Dwayne and Cameron were very accommodating as was the finance person.
