Tom was very responsive and read me very well. I am not a negotiator - if you have what i want at a price near what I had intended coming in I will complete transaction. Tom found a car that I liked and the price range was perfect. Made it easy without too much pressure or annoyance. Car was in great shape and price was very good. Couldnt be happier with price or car or service. Sean on finance, paperwork was great. Understood that I knew what i was looking at and didnt hide anythign from me. Told me things straight out.

This is the second BMW I have now leased from Lori. She provides a level of comfort and client service (working through car options, orientation with new vehicle, navigation through the delaership - service, lease return, etc) that I consider essential in the car selling business as a differentiator. Overall we had a very good experience with this dealer. The price was fair and the service was very good. I would have preferred for the closing process to have been quicker, and I was very surprised by the reliance on handwritten forms and applications, but this may be all dealers, and not specific to this dealer in particular.

I have leased 4 BMWs from Prestige -- great dealership. Lori Asserson, in particular, has been terrific! The Service Department has also been very efficient, respsonsive and easy to deal with. The new facilities are the nicest Car Dealership I have ever been in.

I could't believe I would be able to buy a car and bring my car home the same day.I absolutely had a very positive experience from sales(Frank) to finance(Bryan). I highly recommend your dealership. Thank you for staying open a little later than your closing time, just to make sure that I get all the information I needed. Keep up the excellent job.

I have purchased over 10 cars from Pretige BMW and it never ceases to amaze me how they can continue to make each experiance better than the previous. Laurie Asserston some how aleway's finds a way to re-define customer service, year after year! In this particular case she resolved a dilema in what I thought was going to be a disaster.....she saved me money, took care of the problem, overextended herself and now have a new 2011 BMW! Great shopping and buying experience. Would highly recommend this dealer and Anthony Polisena when shopping for a used vehicle. Anthony did a great job keeping in touch over a 6-8 month period and only calling when he had something that was very close to what I was looking for.

We own 2 BMW's and after our son graduated from UMASS in 2009 he stayed there and wanted to eventually get a BMW for himself. He had been checking for awhile and when the car he was looking for appeared at Prestige, he called me for some assistance in that it was going to be more than he had oiginally planned to spend. I was extremely pleased with my overall experience at Prestige BMW. I am former customer of Paul Miller and based on some negative experiences I had there, I questioned whether I would lease another BMW. I am happy to say that Lori Asserson was able to turn this all around for me by providing a superb experience. Lori is efficient, courteous and a real pro. The whole process was seamless and effortless. Lori did a wonderful job and she is a real asset to Prestige!
