I gave such a positive rating to Prestige BMW, in particular Lori Asserson, because she truly exceeded the normal expectation of quality service from a car dealership. Our relationship began by her calling me back from a message that wasn't even originally left with her. I have leased two BMW's through prestige BMW and purchased one many years ago most recent being leased. Lori Asserson has been my sales person each time she is a pleasure to deal with and I feel always gives me a good deal. Hope to return again when my lease is up in 3 years!
Low key, non-pushy, affable salesman made my experience at this dealership extremely pleasant. My car was delivered on time and was prepped to my complete satisfaction. The communications throughout the transaction were responsive and timely. I will definitely consider this dealership again for my next car purchase as well.
Working with Lori was a pleasure. I felt a connection with her from the momment we met. She was extreamly knowledgeable about every aspect of the BMW car line. She let me dicate the process as to how fast I was ready to make a decision. Never did I feel pressured or pushed. I first met her sometime in the winter and did not make a decision until June. I will not only reccomend her to friends I will definately go to her for future car needs.
Lori Asserson is an expceptional employee. She is extremely effiecient, personable,accomidating, and a joy to work with, I have leased a number of cars through her, and can truly say she is an absoute assest to your company! I always highly recommend her!

I found a car for sale (2007 Z4)listed online at the Prestige website. The price was right, and I put a deposit on it, counting on the online description to be accurate, because I had a 2+ hour drive. When I got there. I found the description of the car to be very fair and accurate, so I bought it. Frank has been very helpful with my additional questions and follow up.
Freddy did a great job in matching our needs with a 2009 Honda Civic EX coupe. He understood our budgetary constraints (college tuition payments really limit the amount you can spend on a new car!) and worked with us for over a month to get us into the Civic. Everyone at the dealership was equally as pleasant to deal with. Once we're done paying college tuition in a few years, we'll try to come back and get that BMW! Thanks for everything!
