I purchased a 2008 BMW 750LI CPO. I dealt with multiple dealerships and must say Freddy offered the best price, was easy to deal with and was very patient. Even when searching for a loan provider to finance a portion of the cost, him and his finance individual offered much assistance and searched thoroughly. We had a great experience buying a CPO BMW X3 from Freddy at Prestige. He was patient and knowledgeable answering all our questions and his level of service was excellent. Prestige had a good range of cars to choose from and we are really happy with our selection and with the price we paid. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or CPO BMW.
BMW speaks for itself and doesn't need much of a selling presentation. I already knew I wanted my family's first "family car" to be a 3 series sedan, although admittedly my wife wanted to visit Audi the next day. Joe was very prompt and courteous. Frank at Prestige BMW provided excellent service during my visit. Originally, I did not intend on purchasing a vehicle, however Frank was able to disclose all the specifics and provide very detailed information about the vehicle. He also assured us that we can contact him any time we had a question or issue. After our experience we learned that Frank does not work for Prestige BMW, he works for his customers. I would highly recommend Frank and Prestige BMW to anyone who is interested in the ultimate driving machine!
Amanda was both knowledgeble about the car and pleasant to deal with. The dealership made the trade-in and purchase process easy, and they were willing to negoiate on price. Finally, they delivered the car in pristine condition, nicely washed and detailed. A very satisfactory transaction.
Overall, the service received from Mike, Freddy and staff at Prestige was great. everything was explained in detail. The time from test drive to driving off the lot with my new POC 528xi was less than 3 hours! Again, overall, the purchase was a great experience!
I have a famous friend who always wanted a 750LI BMW, but would NEVER have gone to look or test drive one at any dealership.
