My experience at Prestige BMW was the best that I have ever had at a car dealership. Every professional that I dealt with was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and focused on what was important to me. I want to specifically mention Richard Marcus who I primarily dealt with. It amazed me that Richard had only been out of training for a couple of weeks given his extensive knowledge of BMW's cars, products, and car features. I visited 2 other dealers before going to Prestige BMW. Anthony and the entire staff were the most professional and direct of all the people I dealt with. Their communication was fantastic whether via telephone or e-mail. I drove in with my car in the early afternoon and left with a 328xi in the late afternoon - the entire transaction was completed in just a few hours. I would definitely recommend this dealer.

I consider myself to be an educated consumer and knew exactly what I was looking for by the time I arrived at Prestige BMW. We are very pleased with the purchase of our 2007 X3 from Prestige BMW. Our sales guy Eddie Jones couldn't have been better. He was prompt from the start and even days after we got our car we were able to still get help from him. He is great on emails and call you right back. Eddie delivered on what he promised and the staff at Prestige was great also. One of the best thing is their pricing, we've looked all over and found them to best the best in value.
