David Kramer is intelligent, attentive, and geniune and I am so glad he helped me purchase my pre-owned 3 series. I was immediately put at ease and never felt pressured (which I was nervous about as a woman and a first time car buyer). David answered any and all questions I had, and was extremely knowledgeable about BMW. He went over all the options and features and followed up after I'd left. I recommend Prestige BMW, and especially David Kramer as a client advisor.

This was the most fun I ever had in buying a car. The showroom environment was friendly and enthusiastic, without being overzealous. The people with which I worked, Keith Deyoung (sales man.), Michael Tornatore (client advisor) and Brian Blum (bus. man.), all had great energy, were straight-forward in their explanations, and extremely meticulous with details. All in all, a genuinely pleasant car-buying experience.

From the moment I got the call from Dave telling me he'd found the car I was looking for to after all the paperwork was done, Dave was curteous, friendly and very accommodating. The experience was the best I've ever had from a dealership. He worked hard to work with me to get it within an acceptable price.

The saleman, Eddie Mayorga, and sales manager, Dave Birkenstock, were by far the most professional and attentive salesmen I have had the pleasure of working with. Not only did they make sure I received the particular vehicle that I was requesting, they made sure I was able to receive it when I needed it. I truly know they both overextended themselves in order to meet my expectations and needs. I will recommend not only the car itself, but also Prestige BMW in the future.

I found the experience to be extremely enjoyable. I don't always feel confident going into car dealerships because I am never sure if I am getting the best deal. The people at Prestige, especially Mark (the salesman), helped calm my worries. When it came time to buy the car I was extremely happy with the services Prestige provided and I hope to continue to do business with this dealership.

I recently purchased a 5 series wagon and dealt with Mark Rosenblatt who is a gentleman and in all ways a superb sales associate. His experience as a consumer and afficianado of the same automobiles that he now sells gives him a unique perspective and I found him sympathetic and helpful. Highly recommended!

It was a pleasure working with Ed Jones. He made the buying experience very easy and has exceptional customer oriented attitude. I was also pleased with the follow ups from the manager and the sales person after the car was purchased. Everything was executed on time as informed during the buying process.

I had an excellent car buying experience at Prestige BMW and Eddie Jones was a pleasure to work with. He was very courteous and did not pressure me to make the deal. Eddie explained everything in detail and was very responsive to my requests and got back to me in a timely manner. Even after the sale he called to make sure everything was OK. A great experience overall. Highly recommended.

I'm writing in to recommend the service that I received specifically from Eddie Jones. I think if it were not for him, I would not have necessarily chosen this dealer. He is an honest, spritied energetic young man and CARES first for the customer as a human being, and second as a business man...in the end, a repeat customer will choose someone like Eddie because in the end, we are all human-beings and not just "dollar signs" walking around ready to unload our wallets.
