Nice people there. Everybody friendly and very willing to help. Not very pushy, after my first visit they call me once! clear "numbers" form the beginning. Could give me a better price,. Anyway, It was my fault I should "fight" a bit more... expedite delivery of the car

i traveled from great neck long island to go this dealership (over 40 miles each way) lori asserson especially conducts herself with tremendous professionalism and knowledge. excellent service and competitive pricing put this dealer above the rest. highly recommend!!!

The first time I visited the dealership, Ruben apologized for not attending to me right away and then offered me lunch since they had some sandwiches in the back - I declined because I wasn't hungry. As we talked about the car, Ruben was very friendly and applied no pressure. What sold me on the car (328xi) was when I went for the test drive and he suggested we go off the highway and take some back roads that included a windy, hilly road. Well I decided to trade my Lexus IS 250 AWD in for a BMW.. Primarily because I was a bit over on my mileage. I shopped around at a few dealers but decided on Prestige based on an Ad they had for the 328i Coupe I purchased. When I got to the dealer I was promptly greated and introduced to Freddy.
