I have dealt with many car dealers over the last few years and none come close to Prestige BMW. This is the second car I have leased from Mike Tornatore in the last two years. Mike has done excellent deals for me both times (prices couldn't be beat by other local dealers) without much hassling. The employees at Prestige BMW were extremely helpful with helping us find the exact type of car we wanted. We wnated a 335xi but semi customized. They helped us locate the car and provided the best deal. We bought 2 cars from them and both times they gave us the best deal. They also keep in touch with us and occasionally call/e-mail us to check up on the cars. They are very personable and really make care for their customers.
Very pleasant experience at this dealership. Would recommend to friends and family...They were very friendly and always returned phone calls and answered emails promptly. Just took vehicle in this weekend for low tire pressure, service dept handled it very well and was able to take me without an appointment and was able to get vehicle checked promptly, considering it was a holiday weekend....
Freddy knew when we came into the dealership that we had a very specific budget in mind. He didn't try and steer us toward anything out of our range. He was patient, kind, and worked with us to get a great deal. He was friendly, low pressure, knowledgeable and patient. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a used BMW. Lori Asserson and Jim Reede at Prestige in Ramsey go above and beyond expectations always. Lori in the sales dept and Jim in service are outstanding and it is always a pleasure to deal with them. Freddy Benitez was courteous and friendly. From the moment I walked into Prestige BMW Freddy escorted me to the person I originally spoke to on the phone to find out if the car was available. This is the second vehicle i have purchased from Prestige BMW ,the first was from their EBay site . I am located a good distance from the dealership so i would not have returned if the first experence was not positive . They had a large inventory of the model i was looking for and the experence could not have been better ! I don't like to over use this phrase but Prestige has "exceeded my expiations" for a used car purchase !!
As a return customer to Prestige,(formerly purchased a certified pre-owned Mercedes Benz), I was confident that I would be treated with respect, and would receive the utmost in customer care.
