I had a great experience with BMW. I bought a beautiful CPO 2007 X3 and the people were great to deal with. There was no silly haggling. I was serious about what I wanted and they made it happen. I had just had a very bad experience with Ramsey Infiniti and was so happy to be treated with respect and honesty. Thanks again!
My salesman Freddy was GREAT!!!! He was completely honest and ran multiple scenarios for leasing and buying my new BMW. He was patient with me while I was in the process of deciding on which car I was going to buy. The manager Mike, was also extremely helpful, he worked out a deal to come closer to my price point. I would highly recommend everyone to go see them...they will take great care of you!
I have used this dealership for both sales and service for several years. I am continually impressed with their operation. I travel to NJ from CT passing several other alternatives along the way. This is the second BMW I purchased from this dealership. My salesman, Freddy was completely honest and a pleasure to deal with. My first contact was over the phone with Omar. Omar was very professional and did answer all my questions and he was the reason I drove to prestige BMW when they were the furthest from my home I went there on Saturday test drove the vehicle and it was the way describe to me. This is my 3rd BMW but my first from Prestige and I had worked with Omar and Mike. They were both very friendly, patient and understanding of my personal needs. I feel that they offered me a great deal. The thing I liked most was they were honest and straight forward with me. I highly recommend this dealership because of the positive experience.

Funny guy, no lying and was very easy to deal with. He even delivered the vehicle. This salesperson worked hand in hand with another co worker I believe name Kevin. They both worked with me to make sure that my delivery of a 650ci was convenient and hassle free. Everything was done over the phone and once signing papers, nothing changed and no hidden charges. I bought a 325ci dealer demo in Sep of 06 and I was very satisfied with how the purchasing process went. Salesrep was friendly, polite and knew the product he was selling. He worked with me to get the car up to the specs I wanted (satellite radio install) He even drove me from train station on the day I was to pickup the car. The price was fair, warranty package excellent, and I got the car wanted! I am a satisfied customer.
