I wasn't planning on posting anything, but my experience here was just so good that I felt I had to. I picked this dealership because of the friendly salesmen. The others (park ave, difeo) were rude and pushy. Got a great deal on my 330ci. Dealer activated my self installed OEM alarm for free a couple of weeks after I took delivery!(usually most places charge $45) Great great dealership...
I called this morning January 14 and spoke to someone at the dealership telling them that my key fob was dead they told me to come in and they would take care of it I showed up the dealership they probably took care of my key fob problem and not only that they adjusted the air in my tires for me while I waited overall it was a great experience

very dishonest practices. Told me I had no equity in my x4 when two other BMW dealerships offered and told me I had positive equity in the car. Called them out on it, then they played dumb and offered me the equity I was rightfully owed. Would have totally ripped me off if I didn’t know any better. Not very trustworthy,.not to mention most of thier cars are marked up way over MSRP

I received an offer via CarFax on behalf of BMW of Ramsey saying they’d buy my X4 for $10k+ more than what I owe on it. Went in to discuss and they told me my car is worth nothing more than what I owe. This dealership uses bait and switch. Shame on them.

If I wasn’t satisfied I would give my business including Service to Park or World Wide. One lease years ago was given to Worldwide but up to my last lease all has been good
