"This is the absolute worst dealership/service department..." This is the absolute worst dealership/service department I have ever been to. Bought a car from here, it had issues within 1 week so I brought it in, and they’ve now had my car for over 2 weeks with close to zero updates/communication on when it will be fixed. They either have no idea what they are doing, or are a bunch of frauds.

I leased my last 3 cars from another BMW dealership but Ramsey had the car I wanted. I had such a great experience at my prior BMW dealership and the numbers agreed upon were never pulled by the Finance Department so I didn't itemize the contract before signing (my fault). "Horrible experience with this dealership and their lack..." Horrible experience with this dealership and their lack of customer service. I purchased a vehicle from them on 1/30/2021. The first set of temporary plates expired on 3/3/2021 and I still had not received the registration or permanent plates for the car. I was given a second set of temp plates and told to keep waiting for the DMV to go through its backlog. Dmv denied they had backlog and informed me processing times were 3-4weeks on average. "My wife drives a Mercedes Benz and when I take her car..." My wife drives a Mercedes Benz and when I take her car for service I get immediate attention upon arrival. In comparison, when I arrived at the Dealership I had to wait a while before I was addressed or asked if I needed help.

"This might be the worst sale experience I ever received..." This might be the worst sale experience I ever received from any dealership of this calibre. I stopped into the dealership on 11/21 and spoke with Veronica Chicas about leasseing a new X3. Veronica stated she was a little busy but took down all my info and stated she would get back to me on Monday before noon. Went in for a simple oil change. Had a couple questions which the writer could not even answer. On top of that the service writer was rude and aggressive. Coupled with lack of knowledge makes for a great experience.
