"No service in the service department." Service rep, Anna Marie Piserchia, was impossible to reach. Car wasn't ready for a week. $3000 of repairs, car couldn't be located at pickup. Anna wasted my time and was difficult and unpleasant.

"Misleding sales....do homework before you do business..." Misleding sales....do homework before you do business here. Don't be misled and taken advantage of lie me. Very disappointed. Lost a repeat customer.

"DWAYNE WONG IS A LIAR AND DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP" Dwayne Wong is a liar and has no integrity and Matthew Bibbo is non responsive when issues about integrity are flagged to him. Do not trust this dealership and you are better off going elsewhere.

"Bad Business, stay away" Went there last week to look at a car they had advertised online. i made an appointment and they told me car was available. Upon arrival salesman tells me the car is being test driven buy another customer and that i had to wait. finally i get my chance to test drive the car. we sit down to discuss price and that's when the sales manager comes over and proceeds to tell me that the car i'm interested in someone else is also interested in. he basically told me it was a bidding war. "Went in to buy a pre owned car. They confirmed we were..." Went in to buy a pre owned car. They confirmed we were looking for pre owned but took us over to the new side, anyway. This is where the scam begins. "Sold a car after we said we would purchase" I will start with if I could give this zero stars I would. My husband and I were planning to buy a CPO and they SOLD it. On Friday I went to drive it and my husband went back for a second time to drive it. "Still Waiting for That Million Dollar Call From Mr.Bibbo,GM" After writing a less than stellar review yesterday for the dealer's lack of customer service and after being promised by the dealership General Manager Matthew Bibbo in a previous review to call me back which he still hasn't yet, how am I supposed to believe that Lathia Dealerships really care about their customers, or just certain important ones only? Disgusting to say the least. Very disappointing and I'll leave it at that.

"STAY AWAY!!!" I was quoted a price over the internet. and when i got there the car i wanted was magically just sold to someone else. and they could no longer offer me the price i was quoted. not to mention the person i was suppose to meet with ( Daniela ) was not there so i sat down with a sales manager, Ty Alanos.
