Me and my husband bought our new BMW at this dealership. In the afternoon we had a conversation with them over the phone and same day in the evening we bought it. I had a great experience at this dealership and feel that I got a wonderful deal. Pricing policy at the dealership was straightforward and transparent avoiding unnecessary time spent in negotiating. I found Alex to be very helpful and felt that he always answered my questions considering my priorities and not those of the dealership. Employees I interacted with were considerate and took efforts to make my experience pleasant.

First experience at a Sonic Dealership. I guess they have them all over the U.S. this place is no joke. I found my car online and when I arrived they had the car pulled up and washed with my name in the window; you don't see that anywhere. You don't have to take my word for it but you should give them a shot, you'll be glad you did. My salesperson was Alex, very laid back but worked quickly and made me comfortable. These guys know BMW!

We had some very tight requirements for the car we were seeking, but needed to buy used (CPO) rather than new. Rob Gleyre worked patiently with us to find just the right car, going through a couple that didn't work before we found the right one. Then he stayed late to let us take delivery the day we wanted. We're delighted with the service. This is our second BMW from BMW of AA, and we'll surely come there again.
