I just bought my first BMW and had a great experience. I worked with Alex Upshur during the process. Alex did a great job of really helping me pick the right BMW for me. I had overall a very good experience during the process of testing, selecting, ordering, and receiving my new BMW. Eric and Jake were very helpful, answered all my questions, and immediately responded to any concerns.

I recently bought 2013 ActiveHybrid 3 from BMW of Ann Arbor. My customer experience with them was excellent. From initial engagement to taking delivery of the car was smooth and seamless. The sales team was extremely professional and friendly. As for my Sales Agent Alex he was top notch as he took the extra time to review every aspect of the car! I highly recommend this team and certainly Alex to those looking to get into a beautiful BMW. In conclusion, I love my new car!!

Review for Alexander Upshur I was looking for information on pre-owned certified BMWs and Alex answered all of my automotive and financial questions. He was able to put me in the car I was looking for and that fit my budget. That is a rare combination but he made it happen. I'm thrilled with my new car and with the service Alex has provided. Alex made follow-up phone calls and emails to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I have never had a better car buying experience!

We didn't wind up buying a BMW X3, deciding instead to buy the Acura RDX, but wanted to write to say that Alex Upshire was excellent to work with. We had a very bad experience at Yark BMW in Toledo, Ohio, and when I called Alex he was very cooperative, helpful, and informative. We didn't wind up buying the BMW, but will certainly revisit the BMW for our next car, and will go directly to Alex for the sale, even though we live in Sylvania, Ohio.

Just purchased a 2014 X5. Eric was very knowledgeable, attentive, and informative. I would recommend him as a salesperson. BMW of Ann Arbor is outstanding.

The staff did a great job explaining features and working with me. Most importantly, they worked very hard to allow me to drive my car home without having to come back! They did so by staying nearly two hours past their closing time! Thank you BMW of Ann Arbor for the ultimate purchasing experience.

I can honestly say that I am EXTREMELY happy with the X5 that I purchased from BMW of Ann Arbor. And I feel the same way about the level of service and professionalism extended to me by my Client Advisor Jake Murphree. He was understanding and very helpful in working around my hectic schedule and vacation to ensure that my fiancée got to enjoy my vehicular gift to her.
