Overall, good experience. Eric did a good job supporting my transaction. Some damage to the 328Xi at delivery that should be resolved shortly in mid April.
Jake was very pleasant to work with during our experience to BMW Ann Arbor. The dealership has a pretty wide selection to choose from and we were unsure how to decide on a car. Jake spent a lot of time working with us to find exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle, while still accommodating our price range. We will definitely be going back to him for future purchases.

I located a 2011 Mazda Miata for sale at the BMW Ann Harbor dealership and called them for info and arranged my visit, a 4 hour drive in snowy conditions. Eric met me at 9:30 AMwith the car ready to go for a test drive, they had just received about 6" of snow and all the other cars were covered in snow. Eric was an excellent salesperson. He worked with me for about 3 months to find just the right car for me. When he found one, he walked me through all the steps as to how to acquire it (I have never purchased a car from a dealer before, nor taken out such a great loan). The folks were friendly and responsive to my needs. They presented options on the purchase but did not push me to any particular decision. They worked as a coordinated team and although I came from a long distance the experience was was worth the drive. Darin followed up with a call and more followup on some technical issues
Entire team is very easy to transact, offered great service, lot of cars in stock to pick from. Lane explained everything nice and easy, maintained transparency with the deal, no fuss, great sense of humor and quality service as you would expect.
