The service that we got from Chad Thompson, our salesman, far exceeded our expectations. He was open and honest and directed us to the right options. We had a great experience at BMW of Ann Arbor. Chad did go out of the way to take care of us and we appreciated that very much. We will come back to this dealership even though we have a couple of them closer to where we live. I strongly recommend this dealership!

Went in looking to trade-in my truck and walk out with a used BMW. This was the first dealer of 10 (mixed brands) that actually listened to what I needed and made it happen. Would highly recommend.
This was the best experiences I've had buying a new car. I had visited other dealers but came back to BMW of Ann Arbor because of the wonderful reception on my first visit. All the staff were pleasant, friendly,professional and knowledgeable of the vehicles. I was never pressured or hounded.The facts were presented enabling me to reach my own conclusion.I believe I received a fair price (what I was expecting based upon my research) and paid a fair price for the purchased vehicle.
