I have twice been to BMW of Ann Arbor recently while researching what car I'd like to buy to replace my Porsche Boxster. On both occasions I was served by Eric Griffith. Eric Griffith was very knowledgable about the BMW 335i, was honest and great to work with. I had several technical questions about suspension and steering which he was able to answer. I highly recommend him.
I don't live in Ann Arbor, so I did the transaction for the car I wanted to purchase via email and phone with Justin Fagan. I have purchased BMWs from various dealerships in the region before and was always quite happy with sales and service.
