RecommendedThe service department is on-schedule and on-time. No waiting around for someone to acknowledge your presence. The video text message from the service technician is an excellent communication tool. The facility has a nice area for working remotely while waiting. The snacks are good and plentiful. The car wash is really nice especially for a black car during pollen season.

Bought my 535d from Hendricks and the online buying experience was great. Looked at the car online, verified pics with the sales team and performed the transaction online.
