They were absolutely wonderful. I have never dealt with a dealership before and I just went in for a all wheel alignment and they didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need, they told me the prices for the questions that I did have for other things but I was pressured to make an appointment right then to fix those things they just said when you are ready to call. This place is absolutely wonderful for a first luxury car owner like myself (even though my car is pre loved).
I am so thankful for Hendrick BMW Northlake! I work at Devonshire Elementary and they are one of our school partners. Cali Young has been so good to us, supporting our students and staff. Peggy Caple is always volunteering to ref at our basketball games. A bunch of staff members came to hand out sweatshirts that they bought all over our students and staff. We appreciate all that you do, Hendrick BMW, to support our school and community! Thank you!

Great service, optimum customer experience
I was very satisfied with the service I received. From the initial call to the time I picked up my car, Andrew was my point of contact. He made me feel comfortable by reassuring me that they would work on the issues that I was having with my car. He called or text with an update about my car and return my calls in a timely manner. I strongly recommend Hendrick BMW Northlake.
Jonnie Milner (salesperson) has given us BY FAR the absolute best experience with new car-shopping...such great info, patience, and knowledge—I’m shopping a number of options, but he couldn’t have been more helpful! From here on out he has ALL of our BMW business!
