By far the best customer service I have ever received from a car dealership. Nicole in customer service went above and beyond to get me an appointment the very next day and secure a loaner vehicle for me. James Bruneau in the service department kept me in the information loop every step of the way and even gave me an SUV loaner as I mentioned I was in the midst of a move. My expectations were exceeded at Hendrick BMW.
