I have taken my 2016 x5 35i here for services for 2 years now. Very easy to deal with and always pleasurable and knowledgeable. Decided to purchase another new(to me) x5 50i 2016 from here over the weekend. Worked with Bruce Coakley for about a week over the phone and email. Also worked with Jon Mildner while at the dealership as Bruce was busy. Both knew the cars and were very easy to deal with. Will continue to drive 3 hours for service but now on 2 vehicles instead of 1.
I recently bought my daughter a used BMW here after searching for some time. We were met by Katie who was a great person to work with. She was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and personable. She gave us her cell number to check in and she called a few days later to check in on my daughter and see when she was taking her road test to wish her well.
