I just puchased a 2011 X6 from this Dealer and had the please of working with Ralph. He was very stright forward and was extremely helpful. I am young and it is not that often that you can walk into a high end car dealer and get the attention Ralph and his team at JMK gave to me. I would recommand them to anyone. After years of buying BMW's via Prestige and BMW Manhatten I went to JMK and Chris to facilitate a Euro Delivery on 750 xi - the entire experience was exemplary, right price, delivery date and schedule that meshed with a standing trip to Europe and happy reunion with car in the US. Chris was always responsive to customer questions - which on a Euro delivery are far from the ordinary. Highly recommended
Jacob was extremely helpful and polite. He went the extra mile when it came to accomodating me while my car was being serviced. He made sure that I was informed as to what exactly was going to be done to my car and gave me an accurate time frame of when I could expect my car to be finished.
i have rated my experience great because of the level of professionalism provided by there employee(s)...i recieve a loaner car and i am contacted by the dealer wether my car is ready or not just so that i am aware of what is the status of my vehicle!

I had a great experience with JMK BMW and Steve Burak. From the moment I walked in, everyone was extremely friendly and eager to help. Steven then took me to look at many pre-owned X3 options and explained everything in great detail. This made it easy for me to compare and contrast what I would/could be getting for my money.
