I went in to buy a 2013 pre owned 3 series and paid a bit over the price based on the packages and specs on the car. But we also purchased the additional tire and wheel protect for 4 years for $4k and were told we could get the whole set of tires replaced 3 threes if they were worn out. After driving the car for a week, the breaks started to get soft and I had to press down all the way down to stop the car. Took it and they said it had no problem. I purchased an M6 from them one month ago. The car has been in the shop three times. I spoke to four managers and asked them to cancel my deal or put me in a different car. They would not agree to do so. I'm paying a lot of money for a car I can't drive. They had the car for 10 days; still no update. I will never buy a car from them again and this will be my last BMW. They are thieves. Whomever reads this post; I strongly recommend you go elsewhere to buy a car.
I leased a 2016 BMW from this dealer in July. I made a previous review about the horrible service I got from the service department for simply having them put on my license plates. The young valets that worked there were so unprofessional and rushed me in and out like I was a bother. They were rude and told me they had washed the car but it was filthy. Recently leased new BMW 320 I. The deal wasn't satisfying but you can't blame the dealer for that right. "Client adviser" Rashad Watson was friendly and helpful at the time of sale. Everything was supposed to be good if I didn't have to call them back in two weeks with some issues. I've called numerous times, left messages for sales manager and salesman but no one called back. Went in to purchase a pre owner 2013 BMW 335i xdrive with 27,800 miles but they talked bout the car like it was fully loaded. The car didn't come any packages or anything at all but it was my mistake and I overpaid for it. After owning the car, it didn't have the inspection sticker, as the dealer is supposed to have it on the car, and I was not given a pink slip to indicate that I should get a sticker within 14 days. I purchased a vehicle from Art who was fantastic and I do love the vehicle. He made my experience so comfortable and everything went smooth. However I waited over 3 weeks for my plates until I contacted the dealer. I then received an email Sunday 8/13 when my temporary expired on 8/14. I purchased my vehicle from JMK BMW in 2014. I have used them (on occasion) for covered warranty repairs; and now I remember why. I recently had a warning light come on that stated "parking light malfunction". I called the dealership and was told it was just a parking light that burned out and that it would cost $24.00 to replace. I was sent a "use tax" bill from the state of pennsylvania after leasing a bmw from then "JMK BMW", I had several questions regarding this tax as it was my first lease and first vehicle from out of state. I have been trying to receive assistance and get some questions answered from BMW of Springfield for over two months now. Went to dealership on 6/19/13 to view an advertised AutoTrader 2009 BMW 328I. We were waited on by a very nice sale person named Jess.
