"BEYOND terrible experience on my service!" Terrible experience on my service. Had appointment fro a two hour service with a rental so went with my in laws, my one year old baby and wife. Get there and realize i don't have license with me so I asked my father in law to present his to get the loaner and the service guy says ok. after they call me and a Girl on her 20's I would say was at the desk for the loaner car and says I can't do it because it has to be the person on the insurance of the original car. "Racism " Girls at service desk talked so bad about us and whispered bad things about me and my wife the entire time we was there I will never come there again.
"Don't Waste Your time !!" I purchased a car from this dealership when they were under the JMK name. Boy has the experience changed. I spoke to Nick, on a very specific request, he was supposed to email me info, and after a few hours, I had to call back asking for a manager in order to get a response. I gave the benefit of the doubt, until I sent an email without any response. The tri-state area is an open field of BMW dealerships, please do not waste my time. " The worst experience in my life!! " My husband and I were in the market for my first luxury car. We decided to go to our local BMW in Springfield, NJ. After we spend a hold day with the salesperson. The finance guy Ty made us feel very unhappy and that our money was not good enough. Horrible service!! " Extremely Unprofessional and Terrible Experience" I came into lease a new BMW and met with Charle,s he continually left the office to help other customers while I was here. Then he tried to sale me an old car that I didnt want. He made up his own down payment and monthly price without asking me what I wanted .
