Great experience from the moment I walked through the door. All the employees were very attentive. The salesman was courteous and friendly, very knowledgeable and thorough. Even the 'paperwork' process was handled expediently. I would definitely consider purchasing my next vehicle there and would absolutely recommend this dealership.

Mark Carvalho at BMW made my purchase of a 335xi as painless as possible, from test drive through delivery of the vehicle. After my previous lease expired, he waited patiently, without pressuring me, while I decided whether to stick with BMW or switch to another car maker. He helped me choose options without being pushy and later explained the the workings of the many new features in my BMW. He's a friendly, genuine professional who I'd be happy to do business with again.
I brought my 1997 318i in for service on the air conditioner and some body work. They did a great job and the customer service was perhaps the best I have ever experienced - it made going to get my car serviced a pleasure if you can believe that. I brought my car in and within 30 minutes I was in a free loaner vehicle and didn't have to miss a minute of work. Hilario Soares, the service manager I dealt with, was terrific and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He even gave me a discount. I would highly recommend JMK BMW.
I have leased 4 BMW's from JMK, all through Lucas Sienkiewicz. My overall experience has been extremely positive and Lucas has always been fantastic with me. True story - I once leased a new 528i from JMK through Lucas and the very next day I couldn't get the car out of my driveway after a snow storm that left a sheet of ice on our driveway. I got a recommendation off Bimmerfest to buy from CA Mark Carvalho. He was really helpful and was very straightforward with the pricing. Very knowledgeable about cars because he used to be a BMW mechanic, and was able to answer all my questions. When I took delivery of my car he also stayed an hour after the closing time to make sure I knew everything which I doubt others would have done the same. Great overall experience and would def. buy from here + recommend it.
I had to bring in my 3 series for some maintenance and after the work was completed got a call to pick up my car. It always takes them just a few hours but that is not what impressed me. Lucas sold me the car and told me that if I ever need any help while at the dealership give him a call. Well I had left my sunglasses and work ID in the loner.
