2/12/04 had inspection I done,skip in cd changer taken care of and made a appointment to have the crack in the leather on the bolster in the drivers seat repaired.When I got my car back the engine compartment was so clean when they got through with the service work I thought I had a new car again.JMK is still number 1 vern

All employess always very freindly and eager to make you happy. Always patient and answer all your questions. They also let you talk directly with the tech and test drive with a tech if you need to. They never say "no." They do whatever it takes to make you happy. On my third BMW and have a fourth on order. Best Service of any dealer for any make I've been to.

"Horrible service department. First time using them and i..." Horrible service department. First time using them and i told them I was considering trading my car in for a new BMW. Gave me my car back with front bumper damaged without telling me. Someone knew the car was damaged but must have thought i wouldn't notice for awhile and then they would claim I damaged it after I picked it up. Sleazy to say the least. would never use them or do business with them ever again

"So I called before driving all the way to BMW Springfield..." So I called before driving all the way to BMW Springfield from Atlantic City and made an appointment for 1pm which I was on time for to look at a vehicle. Once I came back from test driving the vehicle I was notified that from the time I left my home to the time I got there someone put a deposit down on the vehicle I made an appointment to see. "Horrible " My experience at this dealership was horrible. I moved to the area about 1 yr ago and had my car serviced here multiple times. My lease was up and they refused to take my car back, instead forcing me to drive over 3 hours away and then figure out a way back. The employees there were nasty and in no way offered to help.

"Unethical Sales and Lease practices " I had a good experience when leasing my BMW here three years ago. Since then ownership changed. As I was approaching the end of my lease I responded to an email offer to lease a new vehicle of similar MSRP under similar terms. I replied by email twice and even reached out to the generic "loyalty" email. No response. "Worst experience ever received shopping for 2020 5..." Worst experience ever received shopping for 2020 5 series. Cannot even believe that BMW would allow such incompetent snakes to be hired as management executives at this dealership. The Management/ Finance staffs flat out lied multiple times and after being caught was too prideful to admit their wrongdoings.
