What started out as a bad day (break down) quickly turned surprisingly great!! called in at 7 am and a very friendly receptionist answered the phone and transferred me to a service advisor ( Jacob ) he told me exactly the steps to get me to the dealer and provided me the phone number to Roadside assistance , they arrived and within 1 hr I was at the dealer at Jacobs desk, very friendly , knowledgeable advisor He assured me the car would be taken care of, which later in the day in fact it was.
