Excellent service and sales team. Dealerships today do not provide this level of salesmanship, before I took delivery of my car, the sales team made sure I was comfortable with all of the features equipped on the vehicle. Whenever I have an issue with anything regarding the car, its never a problem and they make sure I am taken care of with a loaner car that same day. This is my 3rd BMW from JMK and they have absolutely exceeded my expectation as a consumer.
Chuck was very professional in the delivery of my new 5 series from start to finish. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a BMW.JMK is very lucky to have someine like Chuck on their team! Thanks Chuck!
I've purchased 3 Cars from JMK and they are exceptional!! I got great deals on 2 08 528xi's and an M3 Convertible. Great Service, I've gotten my cars delivered to me and they have always been prompt and on-time. Whenever I have an issue with any of my cars, they are quick to react to any of my needs. Great service and sales teams. My car was delivered to my house. Not too many dealerships still provide this level of salesmanship. Whenever I have a question or the slightest issue the answer is always, "No problem, we'll get on it right away". This is my 6th BMW from a dealership. JMK absolutely delivered above my expectation as a customer. A picky customer at that.
I was looking for a BMW M3 and Adrian was very happy to assist. He called me a few times just to touch bases with me. (He was suppose to find a M3 for me.) When I did find a M3 not by Adrian he was quite disappointed and said "The new 335i turbo is faster and nicer than the M3." I didn't think that statement was too professional. Got my very first BMW, a 2006 530xiT, from JMK in Jan 2006. Initially, was dealing with other dealers by emails and phone calls. But they were either not replying at all (both Princeton and Circle); Replied late with an attitude (Open road); Or did not have the car I wanted (King). Finally, I gave JMK a try. After servicing my car at Bramman BMW in Palm beach, then at Life quality in Brooklyn and then Open road bmw in NJ , JMK by FAR is the best service I have ever recieved. The second SA bearing action on my 2002 M3 went smooth as silk. The tech was nice enough to tell me that the last dealer who installed the first bearings did a butcher job. They installed the bearings the second time correctly and the car drives perfectly.

Although we have not taken delivery yet, our experience has been very positive. Both Steve, the sales person and his manager Michael in the Certified Pre-owned showroom made our shopping exoerience pleasant and stress free.
