I enjoyed my overall experience with The BMW Store in Cincinnati. I've never purchased a BMW (or any other "Luxury" brand) before now. My other dealership experiences were at GM, Subaru, Toyota or Mazda dealerships. I was impressed with the attention to detail, cleanliness and the professional atmosphere in the dealership building itself. I recently leased a BMW and had a great experience testing several options and finally choosing the right car for my needs. I dealt with Paul Kolleck. He was extremely helpful and really knows all the vehicles inside and out. I have purchased and leased many cars over the years and I can honestly say this was the easiest experience to date. I would certainly recommend the BMW Store and Paul to anyone.

Every aspect of leasing, servicing and buying a BMW was just outstanding at the BMW dealership on Stewart Road in Cincinnati. Or Sales person, Chris Lykins was friendly, efficient and straightforward. We would recommend working with Chris to anyone.

This is my third BMW purchased at the BMW store. I was interested in a used 2011 x3 to replace my 2004 x3. Wow! What a different vehicle -- but all the changes are for the better. Paul did a great job explaining it all to me and I immediately fell in love with the car. My entire experience with the BMW store was amazing. Chris Lykins is 100% customer service focused. He made my lease experience easy and quick. He helped me through the options process and I ended up with exactly the car that I wanted. Any when my car arrived , Chris helped me to understand all the options and features. He set everything up for me and I was not rushed out the door. This is my second lease with Chris and I would not go anywhere else.

I recently came in to pursue BMW as an option for the first time. I've owned VW's for a long time, so this was a really big step for me. I met Paul and over the month of December he was extremely helpful and was able to familiarize me with BMW's. I was really specific about the car that I wanted, and Paul was very thorough and professional while guiding me through the process.

I bought a 550 from Paul 3 years ago and enjoyed the car. I came back for my second BMW. Paul was very helpful and set me up with a car that I really like (335 M package). Paul has a vast amount of knowledge concerning BMW. The car is great and the service at the BMW store is first class. I highly recommend Paul and the BMW store on Stewart Ave.

We had been looking for an M3 for over a month. We tried working with our local BMW dealer in Knoxville but they showed little interest in helping even though we had bought a 2013 BMW X5 from them.
