It was time for me to go from a Mini Cooper to a BMW! The minute I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Susan my ease of transition was incredible. Everyone I came into contact with at the dealership made my experience simple, fast and excellent service. Once all the details were done I explained I needed to get my car on a specific day and Susan made sure it happened. Kudos to Susan, Rick and Chico. Absolutely would recommend this dealership.

Over the years, my wife and I have purchased four new BMWs and two Mini Coopers from the BMW Store. Since we have been having our cars serviced there for thirty years, we already knew how great the new car sales and service departments were. Dean shared the BMW technologies with us and video of the XDrive road tests. This made our decision to buy the BMW with XDrive easy.

Paul was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles. I appreciated the extra research he did of the cars available and I never felt hounded to buy on the spot. I also liked the fact that no one there tried to sell the extra warranties etc. that some dealerships want you to buy.
My overall experience was great! The staff was always very friendly. My husband and I were there in the snow and while I'm sure they were not pleased, they managed to get the mini I really wanted to drive clean and warm with a big smile. The only issue I have would be that the dealership removed my decals as I requested and now there is a scratch on my bumper. The job was rushed and there are still remnants of the decals on the car.
