The BMW Store, through Sarah Ahmed, provided several suitable high-quality used cars. Sarah presented them in a efficient, friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Aaron Pardue provided an acceptable price and expedited paperwork to facilitate the sale and delivery of the BMW. Chico Robinson executed the final paperwork, explaining all options and conditions in a clear and concise manner. This purchase and delivery transaction ranks as one of my most pleasant car buying experiences.
This was my first experience with The BMW Store. Paul was very professional as well as fun to work with. Making the right car purchase is extremely important to me because I keep a car for 10 years or more. Paul was very knowledgeable about the cars and could answer any question I asked. Chris did an excellent job of finding the exact car I wanted. He gave me a thorough tour of all of the car's features, volunteered to walk me through setting the garage door opener, and followed up with me after a week to see if I had any questions. Excellent service though the entire process.
Great experience on my purchase of a new vehicle. Paul Kolleck was great to work with, follow up was complete and efficient. transition to finance (Chico Robinson) was easy and Chico was totally prepared and we went through the paperwork details in a quick and easy fashion.
