I recently bought a pre-owned certified BMW from the BMW Store and it was a very positive experience. This was especially due to the fact that I ended up working with Mat Swartz. I knew the type of car I wanted and the price range I wanted to be in, so primarily what I needed was an honest, knowledgeable salesperson which is exactly what I got with Mat. Very professional staff and low pressure interactions. Paid the dealership two visits, several weeks apart, and Chuck Weiner did a good job with follow-up and follow-through. Chuck was a pleasure to work with, and I would comfortably refer someone to Chuck if the opportunity presented itself.

This was my fourth BMW lease from the BMW Store. Dean Stathes was great to work with again on selecting my new lease. He made the entire process very efficient and worked to ensure I was getting the best deal. The BMW store is very loyal to their customers and go out of their way to ensure you are a customer for life. I love my new 535xi!

Was looking for a new car at an affordable price. I had done my research and wanted a BMW i3 EV. Susan Warf my salesperson responded quickly to my original email to test drive the car. They even let me drive it for 2 days to see if an EV fit my lifestyle. FInancing was painless . I shared my budget and after some back and forth they gave me a good price for a 2 yr lease. Great cars and super staff, I'd recommend this store to anyone looking for information on a new vehicle!

Thanks go to Dean Stathes for all of the help in selecting, building and delivering my 535iX. Dean was knowledgeable about each of the series and helped to narrow down my selection to the 535i. Thanks to Conor O'Somachain for making the paperwork piece a breeze! It's an awesome car and the experience with the BMW team was great!

My wife and I had a great experience buying a new X5 from the BMW store. My salesperson, Matt Harless, and his sales manager Ric Koresky, were professional, fun and easy to work with. We did our homework and are confident that we worked out a very fair deal on a beautiful car. I wouldn't hesitate to work with these salespeople and this dealership again for our next BMW.

I went to the BMW Store with my husband to test drive a 320ix. I was replacing my car of 11 years and drove several cars that day but BMW was our first stop. The impression we got from the time we entered BMW, met Dean Stathes and drove the 320ix was great! Dean is energetic, knowledgable and helpful without being pushy. Every question was answered as we rode together in the car. (I actually enjoyed Dean riding with us because he was explaining different features as we drove. Very helpful!)
