After a hectic first visit of my car, because of my young son, Nick was very generous to schedule a take home test drive for me and then come in on his off day to help me buy the car. He is also very knowledgeable of the BMW models and was even a great help in locating some accessories and scheduling a maintenance appointment.
Working with Dean was great. Calm and efficient, kind and endlessly cheerful when faced with endless questions, and just plain fun to deal with. Outstanding car knowledge that helped with configuring my vehicle considerably. Went to bat for us in an attempt to get an oddball flavor of SC delivery; didn't work, but not for lack of trying. Conor was a more quick interaction but equally helpful and flexible. This was an outstanding car buying experience.

We purchased a used BMW from Mat Swartz, our client advisor, and Jemar Dubose. Our overall experience was excellent. Mat reviewed all of the relevant history of the car with us, answered our questions with knowledge, negotiated fairly, and he and Jemar completed all of the paperwork efficiently.
