I worked primarily with Paul Kolleck to get a new 335. It was my first exposure to the BMW Store sales process and I must say, it was the smoothest car purchase I have made. Everyone involved seemed to want to make sure I was happy with my selection and finacing options.
I purchased a 2016 X3 from Chuck Wiener. He is dedicated to his customers as he works diligently to make the shopping and buying experience a pleasant one. I found Chuck to be professional, knowlegeable, friendly and patient (as I spent several months car shopping). He kept me 'in the loop' every step of the way-great communication. I test-drove Tesla and i8 and decided to purchase an i8 because of the professionalism of Dean and Rick with no pressure tactics etc. and the excellent experience that I had with their service department.
I came in interested in a BMW 5 series. Although I walked in with bank financing, they made certain that I found the perfect car at the right price. The bent over backwards working to get me a better deal than I was offered from my own bank. They made sure that I drove away covered and satisfied! I'd recommend this dealership to anyone. Was interested in an X5 diesel and was treated very well. Dean and Ric went out of their way to show me all my options between purchase the CPO I was interested in and leasing new. Had been in earlier and had great experience with Nick Norman as well. Overall very pleased with how I was treated for the whole process. Financial Paperwork was effortless and mostly painless, thanks to Jemar.
