I live in Lexington, KY and purchased my first car about a week ago from the BMW Store in Cincinnati. Julian Lambert was my salesperson and he made my buying process simple and easy by getting me the best deal on the car I wanted. He was great! Jemar Dubose was very helpful in helping me understand all the financing options and paper work as well. I highly recommend both of them and their dealership!

I recently purchased my third BMW from the BMW Store in Cincinnati. I keep returning because the product and service provided are outstanding. The sales process is straightforward, efficient, and honest. Chris is the most efficient and knowledgable car sales person in comparison to many with whom I have dealt. Tim Gabbard is an excellent service manager and again, the best I have ever dealt with. My experience includes my many cars owned and the ones my wife has owned.
Great service and attention from the BMW store. First time I have ever bought a second car from the same salesperson. Chris was on top of things and went the extra mike to insure we got the car we wanted. Always easy to do business with.
