This was my second time buying a car from Nick Norman at the BMW store. Exceptional and knowledgeable as always! As the title says, stress free, really relaxed and no pressure. Nick was our salesman was great, really down to earth, honest and didn't make me feel pressured about my purchase. Over all made everything a really easy process. Really great guys there, highly recommend.
Second Mini from this dealership, I went in for a service call and a particular pre-owned certified Mini caught my eye. My wife is concerned with being able to get around in the snow and with this Mini being an Paceman ALL4 I was hopeful that it would meet her needs. Chris is extremely knowledgeable about the BMW brand. He thoroughly (and patiently) answered my many questions and demonstrated the car's functionality both in the showroom and on the test drive. The decision to buy was an easy one, made with no pressure whatsoever. I rate this as the easiest car purchase I have ever made!
