After a major vehicle accident (not my BMW), I emailed Dean Stathes which I had previously purchased my wife's 428i a year earlier. Dean quickly provided several options for my wife and I for our second vehicle needs. Already owning a 428I he and Rick Koresky pointed me in the direction of a 228i Xdrive which is more of a car than i could have hoped for! Now we are a two BMW car family! This dealership is a step above the others with no sales pressure and the willingness to do what is right for the customer!

Great experience with professional salespeople and no high pressure tactics. Fair price, too. I appreciated the ability to negotiate fairly quickly and convenient pick up and financing process.
My family came to the dealeeship as they were closing. The salesman, John Beam; stayed late so I could look at a car I saw online. Because of his willingness to sell me a car, I got a good price on my trade and a good deal all round!!!
From start to finish this was an exceptional car buying experience. They were very straight forward and up front with their numbers regarding my trade-in and their costs. I shopped the other BMW dealership in Cincinnati and felt somewhat let down. They were overly aggressive and somewhat demeaning as if I had put them out by not buying a car day one. Dean was very easy to work with. Offered a fair price on the new car and my trade-in without haggling. Clearly meet all of my expectations for this dealership.
After my older 535xi developed serious engine issues decided to lease a new car from the BMW Store. First time working with this location. Best experience I had in my 30 years of car shopping. Very professional, quick, and highly engaging experience. Chris L was great to work with and will search him out again when this lease is up.
Our salesman was very helpful, working with us through a tedious process with our credit union and even texting with me to answer questions on his day off. All in all a very pleasant experience.
