Service was excellent. Chuck helped me in multiple visits, pulling vehicles for me to see and try as I decided between an SUV and a car. I got great attention without feeling pressured to buy. He treated me like a regular even though I was still considering other brands. He made an extra effort to build my car to my needs versus trying to get rid of their inventory. The financing portion was probably the smoothest one to date. Overall, great experience and looking forward to going back for my service.
I recently took delivery of my fourth 3-series. Although I loved my previous models, Dean really helped me order the exactly "right" car this time -- I got the color I always wanted and the X-drive! My new car is beautiful and I love the LED headlights which are a "game-changer" for those of us who do not have the best night vision. This is my first BMW and my buying experience at The BMW Store went smooth from start to finish. Matt Harless, my salesman, was knowledgable and professional comparing the 2015 and 2016 models. Rick Koresky, sales manager, provided guidance discussing lease and purchase options and I completed the purchase transaction with Conor O’Samachain. Buying a car can be a painful experience, but the folks at The BMW Store made it pleasant.
John Beam spent a lot of time with me letting me drive several BMW models. I love german vehicles but have never owned a BMW. I purchased an X5 and absolutely love it. John was very helpful and patient. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful up to the last minute as I drove off in my amazing BMW!
We bought a preowned car from the BMW Store last weekend and had a great experience. Nick, our salesman, was really easy to work with. I know we weren't their "big sale" of the day, but we were treated just as importantly as everyone else there on that busy Saturday.
Nick was great. Even took the time to hook up my phone to the car! I didn't even know that my cell phone had blue tooth. Overall very pleasant experience. Everyone was so nice and professional. Jemar was also great.
