My wife and I went into the dealership expecting the usual tactics and hassle you get at most dealerships. We never got that. My buyer experience at the BMW Store was exceptional and pleasant. We never felt pressured or unattended too - both of which are major turn offs. I always thought of buying a car as an hassle. Couldn't believe it was so easy. Minimum effort, very effiecient and minimal time spent and great costumer service.
Chuck took care of my wife and I as we were relocating to Cincinnati from overseas. He was low pressure and patient to explain all the features and help us explore options to meet all of our needs, pulling in other staff to help make us feel comfortable with the vehicle and confident in our choices. This took a lot of stress out of our move.

I was in the market for a small economical vehicle and had a couple of manufactures and models I wanted to explore. My first stop was at the BMW store to test drive a Mini. The BMW store had a large inventory to choose from and Nick Norman my sales rep did a great job aligning my needs with the right vehicle.
