I've purchased a BMW from three different dealerships and the experience I had working with Judy Powell at Knauz BMW was the best by far. Judy was very pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough, all without being pushy. I never felt like she was just trying to make a sale. I leased an X5 through Judy on Friday. She was polished, extremely knowledgeable, and absolutly top-notch! She even stayed well after the close to make certain I was comfortable working all the instruments (as this is my 1st purchase). I would definatley purchase from her again.

This dealership is exactly 13.5 miles FARTHER from my house than another BMW dealer on the north shore, and just as far from the Mercedes Benz dealer that sold me an SUV in 2006. Knauz BMW is a top rate business. This is my 5th car lease from them, which in itself, says a great deal about the way they do business. This year, Judy Powell assisted me with the vehicle selection and ultimately, the new vehicle orientation.
