Knauz was the third dealership we visited for trading in our car for a used 3-Series BMW. My wife and I were interested in learning about BMW options as we wanted another car. BMW has a good reputation but we thought they might be too small in the 3 series and too expensive in the 5 series. The alternative in our thinking was a Mercedes C class but we thought they may be too small and also of lesser quality/more costly to own/operate/repair. I worked with Judy to purchase my 328 B.M.W. It is difficult to describe how nice and helpful she was. She spent over 8 hours to make the delivery happen on the same day. She called my ensurance company and stayed on the phone with the representative to resolve a problem that occurred during the process.
