This is the third vehicle we have leased through this dealership and the third we have worked with Bruce Guidotti. He is thoughtful, knows what we want in our vehicles, and makes the whole experience a very pleasant one. Ashley in the finance department made completing all the paperwork easy and as painless as possible. we will never deal with another BMW dealer as long as these two remain a part of the Schererville BMW team.
I am a return customer after 7 years and new dealership owner. Glad to have seen my original salesman till there. Bruce made the buying experience great and actually worked to offer a different car than I had originally went shopping for. I went in looking for a 3 series convertible and drove away and in a 6 series convertible.
Everyone at the dealership was excellent. I looked several places for a car but nobody beats the costumer service that BMW of Schererville offered. Glenn was quick to respond to anything I needed and did anything he could to give me what I needed. I would recommend Glenn and BMW of Schereville to anyone looking for a car!
Glenn was a wonderful! We spoke a lot through e-mail which was nice (we didnt have to play phone tag with eachother in-order to get information) and he always responded to me very quickly. He did a great job! I love my car! William showed me all the wonderful things the car does. He was very helpful and friendly!
BMW Schererville provides outstanding customer service in their service department, the best I have ever had from a car dealership. Kristy Murphy takes the time to listen to your concerns and makes sure everything is done right. She is very knowledgeable and sincerely cares about her customers.
They do a great job, fast and car is always clean when done. They offer snacks and I-Pads when you wait to make the time go quicker. I always bring my car to this dealership and have had nothing but perfect treatment. Kristy was very welcoming and professional. It's people like Kristy that make me a repeat customer!
Fantastic experience with this dealership! Paul was so friendly & made me feel so much better about having to have unexpected work. I always love to walk in to see my salesperson Bruce there with a friendly smiling face too! My husband & I bought cars on the same day almost 5 years ago. We couldn't be happier!! I have sent my family members to buy cars there too!
