I have nothing but great things to say about BMW of Schererville. Kristy was very profesional,always kept us informed and took care of everything. Loaner was there as promised as well. If we are looking for another veh we will not hesitate to call and shop there first

Very friendly service and a great facility. Only complaint is that the whole process just took too long to complete, meaning all the paperwork and finance. Got the same deal as the dealership across the street but I feel I got a car with more and better features.

Very good communication with sales, very fair, nice low pressure sales experience! Everyone was great well trained and efficient. The used cars were in such good condition is was hard to make a decision. I haven't used the service department yet but the sales experience made me confident that the service department will be as good.

My experience was by far the best car buying experience ever. From start to finish everyone was professional and I felt like everyone had my best interest in mind. Tom was personable and hilarious he made it easy for me to spend my money even though I gave him a hard time every once and a while. Will took the time to show me all the ins and outs of my 335xi, working with him I did not feel like a stranger off the street. I was very impressed with BMW of Schereville and my sales representative “Joe Holewa”. He was very personable, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs in a vehicle. He made me feel very relaxed in what could have been an uncomfortable setting for me. I’m certain that his objective was to find the right “FIT” between my budget, the vehicle I wanted and monthly payment. At no point during the process did I feel any pressure or sales tactics.
