I was ripped off and lied to! I had one of the worst car buying experiences at this dealership. I went Labor Day to buy a certified pre owned bmw. I had Sasa Jovic help me with the car buying process and he wasn’t very helpful. Stevens Creek BMW hung up the phone on me! I called last month and booked a service appointment and needed a loaner car. I was told someone would contact me to confirm loaner car. I'm now 3 days away and haven't heard from anyone, so called Service Dept to confirm and had the person hang up on me because I didn't know which phone number I called to book the appointment! What? Used car purchase I recently purchased a Used Subaru from BMW. The salesperson was OK but did not provide an answer as to some issues with the car such as the rear windshield wiper not functioning and the rear power windows not working. I think that BMW could have quickly repaired these items as I was waiting to purchase the car. A very shady way of doing business I contacted Stevens Creek BMW in effort to come see one of their used vehicles that they were advertising on cars.com. First, the response was an email and told the car was available. I never heard back. I contacted them telephonically and advised the advertised vehicle was at their sister store in Serramonte and should contact them. Don’t go buy a car from Uno or Alec I was going to purchase a car from here. It needed an alignment and part of the car was lifting so it needed work done m.Uno and Alec both said the car was getting fixed so I could purchase it, hours later I get a Ensor saying they sold the car I was suppose to buy

Can someone get me the info... Sent an inquiry about a used Tesla I wanted to purchase. Had one question about it. Was told I would be contacted with the answer the next day. Got no response. Sent another inquiry two days later, and the car had just been sold. Very disappointing follow through.

Steven Crook BMW The floor sales folks are great (Some other BMW, please hire Jojo and Ken). Sadly their behind the desk manager is a crook (I'll refrain from naming). The GM still hasn't bothered to call back, so he isn't getting flowers for V's day either. They should rebrand to Stevens Crook BMW. The sales manager first does simple division wrong. Good purchase experience, bad vehicle service After purchasing a CPO BMW i3 from the dealership, I discovered that the rear brakes make a loud grinding sound when applied on hills. We took the car back to the dealer and the service manager said that this is normal because of the "physics" of hills. Okay, no car is designed so that the rear brakes groan on hills. Mixed Review A very busy dealership! I was looking for a 1 year old low miles BMW X5 with particular features, and I drove 3 hours to San Jose to buy from Alec. Unfortunately their website (and listing on cars.com) was incorrect and a few of the key features I wanted (Driver Assist Plus) was listed but the car only had the Drivers Assist package.
