Worst customer service I couldnt have been treated worse by a drunk off the street! Once i signed on the dotted line, i didnt exist. Calls were not returned, even by the "general manager", rax patel! I wouldnt buy again from them, nor would i ever refer a friend.

Professor Lena Great service overall. They should communicate wait times more clearly. I was called that my car was ready. Then waited an hour for my car. Guess, it wasn't ready.

Stevens Creek BMW oil change Worst service. Oil change took 5 hrs. I called for an appointment, they clearly said you can't drop the car early, you need to come during the appointment time and we don't provide loaner car due to management change. Got appointment and decided to wait but the wait was too long. After many follow-ups the service was done. It's crazy. They told it will be between 2-3 hrs but took way longer. Why don't they tell this upfront so that everyone can plan their day accordingly.

Car loaner wait time unacceptable I reserved a loaner car 3 weeks in advance for my 50,000 mile final servicing under warranty. My appointment was at 10:15 am, and was sent to the lounge to wait for my loaner and told it would be 5 to 10 minutes. After 45 minutes, I was not contacted, and went back to the loaner area to check on status. I was told there were no available loaner cars and BMW would have to get a car from a car rental. Terrible Service I've just had a recall repair done on my 2003 325 iT. The service was really poor. The service advisor looked tired and indifferent. I forgot some of my personal paperwork and left it on the service counter. I tried to contact the service advisor over the phone. He never responded back to me. I went back to the dealer the next day, and was told that it was gone. There was no apology as if it was not a big deal. Based on the attitude, it's scary what they could do behind the counter... Brought my car in for a recall long wait to check the car in for service -- as always. Seems like they have lots of employees running around and yet it still takes 10 to 20 minutes to check in.

Recall We were lead to believe the wait time for the recall was to be 1 to 2 hours & were willing to wait for the service However at the sign in we were informed that it would be 5 to 6 hours if not more even with a appointment Without a means of leaving the car & getting home because the courtesy limit was 10 miles we were stuck Neil was able the over ride that restriction to get us home . Suggest you tell the truth as to service time .
