My purchase experience with Germain BMW and with representative Daron Lynn met and exceeded my expectations. Daron was very responsive to the continuing process needed to complete the transaction. He followed up when timely and concluded each detail in a timely manner. The paper work for an out of state license ttransfer and sale took extra effort on the part of the agency but was finalized without difficulty. Tom

I want to thank BMW of Naples for helping me on the purchase of my vehicle, but specially I will like to thank Daron Lynn. All around great experience from reception, through sales process, to finance. Visited just to look, but they had what I wanted on-site and process was far more pleasant than any car transaction in my (redacted) years. You know how the story ends. Drove off that afternoon w/ new vehicle.
