They were by far the most forthcoming in providing the information I had requested online which convinced me to visit the dealership. Jim McGinn has been a phenomenal contact and sales person at BMW. He has been helping my family with BMW for several years now and has consistently provided above average assistance. His knowledge of the vehicle is tremendous. He builds me the most beautiful car every time. Jim is willing to come to our home if needed to provide garage code assistance or give me a lift to the dealership when my car is being serviced. I have been to a lot of Dealerships and service stations in my life, haven't we all, Victor by far was the most helpful agent I have ever worked with. He took extra time to solve the issues I was having, and not without laying out all the options possible for me first. I cannot say enough good things about Germain BMW and its staff - my sales rep Daron, finance manager Ken and used car manager Steve. They all made a car buying experience -- normally tedious and taxing -- extremely pleasant and professional. Germain BMW exceeded my expectations in every regard and took genuine care and interest in my needs. I have spent 30 years on Wall Street and I am extremely impressed with this company. They have a customer for life and I could not recommend them more highly.

My experience with Marocs Ruiz was exceptional. If you don't move that man over to New Cars you are making a mistake. He will outsell Jim McGinn in a heartbeat.

Rick was great to work with; he didn't pressure us and let us ask lots of questions. The service even after the sale was great. I had left an item in my trade-in vehicle and the staff was very helpful in getting it back. The only thing that would have made the experience better was if it didn't take all day to process the purchase of the vehicle.
