Very helpful, courteous, friendly, collegial salesperson. Helped me learn about the car, followed up to make sure everything was right. Worked with me on my trade-in, helped me finance the deal, got me into the car I wanted. The whole dealership -- everyone -- is incredible. Several other salespeople pitched in to help answer the unusual questions I had. And of course, Germain has the best service department I've ever had the privilege of dealing with.

From the begining of the process with the salesman Jim to the delivery of the car with a tech specialist Molly, my perchase was handled in a very professional manner. No Drama! I especially appreciated the addition a tech specialist (who is very familiar with cars features) during the delivery process.This allowed me to setup my personal data, better understand the complex electronics and drive away with confidence. We had stopped in a month or so ago and asked about the new 435i. Max said he would let us know when one came in and he did and we came in and bought it that day. It was the first one to be sold in SW Florida and we are thrilled. Thanks Max.

I came into the dealer just looking for options to possibly trade in my Jeep. I was "wow'd" by the friendly service and knowledgable sales staff. They did eerything they could do to get me into the car of my dreams. And it truly is the car of my dreams. I would encourage all my friends and family to do business. They have a fabulous product that sells itself, but also a sales staff to keep the consumer informed and confident in their purchase.

My new BMW 135i is my sixth new car purchase. My client advisor at Germain BMW, Larry Brewer, was focused, attentive, and helpful. He answered my questions about the car's condition openly and truthfully, and when I flew down to the dealership to buy the car, there were no surprises. My experience with Jim McGinn at Germain BMW was outstanding. His personal attention to his customer is refreshing and welcomed. Not only was my card delivered on time, but Jim took the time to call me with a delivery status update every week. Upon delivery, he took 2 hrs. of his time to go over options and set up those features I knew would give me trouble. The entire purchase process was pleasurable and completely satisfying. This is the second car that I purchased from Germain BMW. I think that they are absolutely terrific. I now own two BMWs from Germain and I'm extremely pleased. The sales process was particularly good in both cases. Larry Brewer, the sales rep was outstanding. I got a great car at a very fair price and the fair price for my trade-in with no haggling and any of the usual runaround. After researching 2014 BMWs online I was ready to see real cars, specifically the sport wagons. I had bought my current 328i from Germain 3 years ago, had wonderful service and now I needed a 4WD.
