The entire experience was truly professional, competent and easy. Everyone involved in the process was cordial and knowledgable. On Saturday, I purchased my first car from Germain BMW. Anthony Dunbar was my salesman. My salesperson was Daron Lynn. I was looking for a specific vehicle and this dealership had the car. I bought it sight unseen based on constant communication with Daron. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. Other dealerships were not answering my emails. He delivered the car to me because I lived three hours away and could not make it to the dealership. The car is gorgeous and overall, I had a very positive experience at this dealership.

Simply a great car-buying experience in the hands of a professional sales person who went the extra mile to insure I got the deal I wanted. I can see why this dealership is so highly rated. Moises is my "go-to-guy" whenever I need to bring my car in for service. He's always attentive and goes out of his way to make sure that I'm happy. I can always depend on him to keep me informed of the progress on my car and makes sure that the car is clean and ready to go when I arrive to collect it. Every time I've been in I've always been treated like family. Great staff. Polite, attentive, and easy going. Service staff is always very straightforward and explain everything to you. If something is needed they will go out of their way to get it done for you. My most recent service was my second time dealing with Chuck and both times he has been a great help. Definitely a great people person.
